Sightseeing

So far March has been a busy month. The beginning of this month we took a trip to Houston to get an idea of areas we would like to live in and also look at some rentals for the summer. We had a fun trip looking at several different areas and are excited for our move. The girls both did very well with the trip considering we were in the car almost the entire time driving around. Shortly after we got home, Mike's sister, Jenn, came to visit us. It has been awhile since we had visitors so we were very excited to see her. We drove around Nashville, went on a tour of the Grand Ole Opry, and walked up and down music row. We even saw where they were filming a music video. It was really fun. Jenn was willing to do whatever Kyia wanted to and got sucked into reenacting Cinderella, and playing I-spy and dragons the entire time. Kyia was so glad she was here and had someone different to play with. Whenever someone leaves, Kyia gives them the silent treatment that day. I'm not sure where she picked this up but has done it since she's been little. She won't talk to them, give them hugs/kisses goodbye or even look and them but the second they start walking into the airport, the huge alligator tears start coming. When Jenn left, all I heard on the way home was "I have no one to play with, you're not Jenn". We have a little drama queen. We had so much fun with her here. Thanks for visiting Jenn!
