We took the girls to Bear Lake a couple days ago. We knew that Kyia would love it and of course, she did, but we didn't know how Brooklyn would handle the sand. While we were in Denver, she touched some sand and acted terrified and then wanted nothing to do with it. She would cry every time she would get near it again. We let her sit in the sand for a little bit and she sat there with her arms and legs up but then got used to it and was crawling all over the place laughing. They both had so much fun. Hopefully we can go back more often before we leave. (Kyia wouldn't let me take her picture so there aren't many of her. I guess she was having too much fun).
